Stripe account facilitation

Registered agent services (if purchased)
2.2 Not Included:

Legal/tax advice (unless explicitly stated)

Guaranteed approval by third parties (banks, Stripe, etc.)
3. Client Obligations
3.1 Client must:

Provide accurate, complete documentation

Respond to compliance requests within 48 hours

Verify eligibility for services (e.g., non-restricted business type)
4. Fees & Payments
4.1 All fees are non-refundable except under Refund Policy.
4.2 Chargebacks result in immediate service suspension.

Rejections/delays by government agencies (IRS, state offices)
