1. General Terms

1.1 Refunds only issued for service failures attributable to BizBirth.

2. Eligible Refunds

2.1 100% Refund If:

• EIN not procured within maximum 5 business days due to BizBirth error

• LLC filing rejected due to incorrect submission by BizBirth
  
  

2.2 Processing Time:

• Refunds issued within 5 business days via original payment method
  
  

3. Non-Refundable Cases

3.1 Explicit Exclusions:

• Stripe/PayPal account denials

• Bank account rejection (e.g., Wise, Mercury)

• IRS/state processing delays beyond 2 days

• Client fails to provide required docs within 72 hours

3.2 Partial Refunds:

• Government filing fees ($50-$300, depending on state) are non-refundable once submitted
  
  

4. Dispute Resolution

4.1 All claims must be emailed to disputes@bizbirthlk.com within 14 days.

4.2 Include:

• Order number

• Detailed failure description

• Supporting evidence
