1. General Terms

1.1 Refunds only issued for service failures attributable to BizBirth.

2. Eligible Refunds

2.1 100% Refund If:

• EIN not procured within maximum 10 business days due to BizBirth error

• LLC filing rejected due to incorrect submission by BizBirth

2.2 Processing Time:

• Refunds issued within 5 business days via original payment method

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Stripe account denials due to customer’s Website or Business Model is not supported ( Customer must make sure the industry he is doing is fully compatible and ready to go with stripe)

• Bank account rejection due to the business or website incompatibility.

• IRS/state processing delays due to US government reasons.

• The Provided Details or Documents has mistakes.

• Change of Mind after Start Processing The Order
  
  

3.2 Partial Refunds:

• Government filing charges, Virtual Address Fees and Registered Agent Fees are non-refundable except stated on section 2.1

4. Dispute Resolution

4.1 All claims must be emailed to disputes@bizbirthlk.com within 14 days.

4.2 Include:

• Order number

• Detailed explanation

• Supporting evidence
